Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to join our Compliance & Reporting customer team. This role helps shape a brand new group responsible for building configurable reports that enable Mark43 to expand into new markets and support customers in new jurisdictions.

You will partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate customer reporting needs into scalable solutions, develop forms and workflows, and improve tooling to make compliance

Qualifications

• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.
• Experience with scripting and configuration technologies such as JavaScript or JSON.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience collaborating across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with customers when needed.
• Customer-obsessed with ability to build scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs into scalable solutions.
• Develop configurable forms and reporting workflows to reduce customization.
• Troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges and identify product improvements.
• Help establish engineering standards and processes for a new team.
• Write and maintain scripts using JavaScript, JSON, and related technologies.
• Improve internal documentation and tooling for easier compliance reporting.
