Job summary

Mark43, a leading public safety software company, is seeking a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to join the new customer reporting team. You will help design configurable reports that enable expansion into new markets and jurisdictions and directly impact deployments.

This role collaborates with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs into scalable solutions, build forms and workflows, and set engineering standards for an emerging team.

Qualifications

• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.
• Experience with scripting and configuration technologies (e.g., JavaScript, JSON).
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Built and configured reporting forms meeting state-specific requirements.
• Partnered with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Developed configurable forms and workflows to reduce customization while meeting diverse needs.
• Troubleshot reporting and compliance challenges with customers to improve the product.
