Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in banking/financial services with compliance, lending/credit, audit or risk management experience.
• CRCM certification preferred.
• Active membership in professional associations preferred.
• Familiarity with EFTA, Flood, ECOA, FCRA, Reg. CC, UDAAP, Privacy, NACHA, TILA, RESPA, SAFE Act, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, Reg. O, Reg. II, RFPA, etc.

Responsibilities

• Performs compliance testing to ascertain regulatory compliance and bank policy adherence.
• Identifies control weaknesses and root causes; researches and proposes corrective action.
• Communicates testing results and drafts reports; collaborates on remediation plans.
• Monitors remediation progress and escalate overdue items.
• Supports compliance aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
