Job summary

Geotab is seeking a Compliance Lead to operationalize our ethics and compliance program and champion integrity across the organization. You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, Technology, HR, IT, Operations, and Senior Management to design and implement a robust compliance posture.

You will lead risk assessments, investigations, and policy updates, leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience building ethics and compliance programs and leading cross-functional initiatives.
Experience with AI tools to enhance investigations and compliance workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive ethics and compliance strategy with risk-based approach across global regulations.
Lead investigations into non-compliance and unethical conduct with objectivity and rigor.
Draft, review, and improve policies including Code of Conduct, anti-bribery, third‑party risk and sanctions.
Design and own risk assessment programs, using data-driven solutions.
Partner with Legal, Finance, Technology, HR, IT, Operations, and Senior Management.
Embed compliance into business processes and build AI-powered tools for self-service.
