Job summary

Geotab is seeking a Compliance Lead to operationalize ethics and compliance programs across the organization. You will work with Legal, Finance, Technology, HR, IT, Operations, and Senior Management to implement risk-based strategies.

The role requires strong integrity, strategic thinking, and a track record of leading investigations and policy development. Hybrid/remote work options are available in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5 - 8 years of experience in developing and managing ethics and compliance programs.
• Experience conducting internal investigations and leading cross‑functional compliance initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Professional Certification in CCEP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive adherence to policies, procedures, and global regulatory requirements by designing and executing compliance initiatives.
• Lead investigations into allegations of non-compliance or unethical conduct with AI-assisted analytics.
• Draft, review, and update key ethics and compliance policies, including Code of Conduct and third‑party risk policies.
• Design and own compliance risk assessment programs, identifying vulnerabilities and proposing data-driven solutions.
