Job summary

This role strengthens the company's control environment through compliance risk assessments, third-party risk management, continuous monitoring, auditing, and M&A due diligence.

The successful candidate will evaluate controls, identify risks, perform testing, and partner with stakeholders to implement mitigations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ethics and compliance, internal audit, or related field.
• Experience in global compliance programs, risk assessments, or monitoring.
• Knowledge of third-party risk management and investigations.
• Familiarity with ABAC, fraud detection, and misconduct investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead ethics and compliance audits, controls testing, and monitoring.
• Maintain compliance risk registers and track remediation.
• Support third-party risk due diligence and ongoing assessments.
• Provide compliance support for M&A and integrations.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor risks and program effectiveness.
• Leverage data analytics, AI, and automation to improve workflows.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and control weaknesses.
• Collaborate with Legal, Internal Audit, Finance, HR and business units.
• Support investigations, reviews, and special compliance projects.
• Establish governance and monitoring frameworks aligned with best practices.
