The successful candidate will manage policies, monitor legal developments, and collaborate with various stakeholders to foster a culture of responsible AI use. Key qualifications include a strong background in governance, risk, compliance, and proven leadership skills in similar roles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GRC, information security compliance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading a governance or compliance program.
• Familiarity with recognized AI governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage Progressive Leasing's AI governance program.
• Draft and maintain AI policies and guidelines.
• Monitor legal developments related to AI governance.
• Coordinate responses to AI-related due diligence requests.
