Job summary

Gemini is seeking a Lead, Technical Compliance to modernize and scale the compliance program using AI and automation. You will design agentic AI workflows, govern AI-enabled solutions, and collaborate across Compliance, Engineering, Product, Data, Legal and Information Security teams.

You will contribute to transaction monitoring, customer risk scoring, sanctions controls, and regulatory governance, aligning with strategic business requirements in a hybrid US environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or international equivalent.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience with compliance technology and data analysis in financial services or related spaces.
• Advanced skills with Python and SQL.
• Experience designing or implementing AI-enabled automation or agentic AI workflows.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into technical requirements and criteria.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled automation and agentic AI workflow initiatives within the Compliance Program.
• Develop and tune transaction monitoring scenarios and customer risk scoring models.
• Enhance sanctions controls and maintain screening thresholds and lists.
• Build real-time data and reporting solutions using Python/SQL for scalable management insights.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data, Legal and Security teams to deliver compliant AI solutions.
• Ensure governance, testing, validation, and auditing of AI-enabled tools.
