Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in ethics and compliance.

• Familiarity with the FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and other anti-corruption laws.

Responsibilities

• Perform anti-corruption due diligence on prospective third-party partners and recommend risk controls.
• Analyze partner transactions to identify corruption risks and mitigation actions.
• Assist with audits of high-risk third parties.
• Assist management in identifying and mitigating compliance risks and monitoring efforts.
• Manage projects to scale anti-corruption compliance processes and improve efficiency.
• Leverage AI platforms and data tools to streamline compliance operations.
• Develop and implement enhancements to anti-corruption policies and due diligence frameworks.
• Collaborate with sales, alliances, business technology, and operations to advance compliance objectives.
• Communicate insights from data and analyses clearly, visually, and in writing.
