The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 3+ years in technical writing or related fields, and a proven ability to produce organized documents under tight deadlines. Remote options are available.

Qualifications

• Produce accurate, well-organized documents under deadline.
• Synthesize input from engineers and analysts into clear narrative.
• Maintain formatting, consistency and completeness in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble documentation packages from technical, sourcing, and supplier-provided inputs.
• Draft narrative sections summarizing findings, actions taken, and supporting evidence.
• Ensure packages meet defined format, content, and traceability standards.
• Maintain version control and an audit-ready record of all submissions.
• Track package status through internal review and approval.
