Larson Maddox is assisting a rapidly growing life & annuity insurance company in Raleigh, NC, seeking an experienced Compliance professional. The role focuses on regulatory filings, product compliance, and collaboration with Product, Legal, and Operations to ensure ongoing regulatory alignment.

The ideal candidate brings 6-7+ years in insurance compliance, strong life/annuity experience, and proven ability to navigate fast-paced, high-growth environments with excellent communication and project

Qualifications

• 6-7+ years of insurance compliance experience.
• Strong life and annuity industry experience required.
• Experience supporting product compliance, regulatory filings, or related compliance functions.
• Familiarity with insurance regulatory frameworks and filing processes.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Collaborative personality with strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support compliance initiatives related to life insurance and annuity products.
• Manage regulatory filings and interact with state insurance departments.
• Review and analyze product forms, disclosures, and customer-facing materials.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Legal, and business stakeholders on regulatory matters.
• Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and provide compliance guidance.
• Assist with compliance risk assessments and remediation efforts.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional projects.
• Research and interpret insurance laws, regulations, and guidance.
• Develop practical solutions to complex compliance issues.
