Job summary

World Business Lenders is seeking a Compliance Associate to support the day-to-day operations of the company’s compliance program. The role involves monitoring, testing, policy maintenance, and training documentation to ensure adherence to legal and internal requirements.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in compliance-related roles and strong analytical, documentation, and deadline-management skills. This is a fully remote position with a Monday–Friday schedule in ET business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in compliance, finance, business, accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years in compliance, QA, risk, audit, lending operations, or controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Compliance monitoring and testing of lending, servicing, disclosure, licensing, and corporate controls.
• Maintain policies and training records; track approvals and distribution.
