Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC, in partnership with a leading advisory firm, seeks a Compliance Associate for a long-term contract supporting a premier financial services client. The role focuses on investment advisory compliance with opportunities to deepen expertise in asset management and structured products.

Responsibilities include monitoring investment guidelines for CLOs/CDOs, MNPI controls, trade surveillance, testing, and policy development. Remote work is considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant compliance experience in asset management or financial services.
• Experience supporting SEC-registered investment advisers.
• Knowledge of investment compliance and the Investment Advisers Act.
• Experience with compliance data systems, databases, and multiple data sources.
• Experience with structured products (CLOs/CDOs) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support investment compliance for CLOs, CDOs, and similar products, including guideline monitoring, MNPI controls, trade surveillance, allocation testing, and conflicts management.
• Strengthen MNPI monitoring and controls.
• Support compliance with the Investment Advisers Act and related requirements.
• Assist with testing, monitoring, reporting, and policy development.
• Utilize data systems and databases to support compliance functions.
