Job summary

World Business Lenders, LLC is seeking a Regulatory Associate to support regulatory research, licensing, filings, disclosures, and examinations. This role helps maintain a current inventory of regulatory obligations affecting lending, servicing, and corporate activities, coordinating timely implementation across the business.

The ideal candidate will have strong research, writing, and deadline-management skills, with 2+ years in regulatory compliance and a Bachelor’s degree in law or related

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal research, licensing, risk, audit, or financial-services operations.
• Ability to summarize complex requirements clearly and distinguish confirmed requirements from items requiring legal review.
• Strong organization, writing, documentation, and deadline-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Research and Change Management: research federal/state requirements and monitor developments.
• Licensing, Filings, and Examinations: manage calendars, prepare submissions, and support examinations.
• Business and Policy Support: assist with regulatory reviews, identify gaps, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Reporting and Process Improvement: prepare status reports, track deadlines, and maintain standardized files.
