Job summary

Moder Solutions, LLC is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support regulatory research and risk management for mortgage-related operations across the organization. The role reports to the Senior Compliance Manager and requires thorough knowledge of federal/state mortgage regulations and strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities include researching regulations, documenting findings, aiding policy development, tracking corrective actions, and assisting with training programs to ensure policy

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; relevant experience may substitute.
Minimum 5 years of Mortgage industry experience.
Minimum 3 years in compliance, quality control, or audit in financial services.
Knowledge of Federal Regulations (RESPA, TILA, CFPB, FCRA, ECOA, FDCPA, state laws, investor guidelines).
Regulatory research: ability to dive into Federal regulation and understand its structure.

Responsibilities

Research legal and regulatory requirements and document findings.
Perform regulatory research using state sites and databases.
Assist with risk review programs across business lines.
Document research and verify variances from policy.
Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
