Job summary

Equitable is seeking a dynamic Complex Onboarding Manager to lead the new advisor onboarding across the Central Mountain Complex. You will partner with Complex leadership, onboarding support, and headquarters to streamline contracting, validation, and licensing while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

This role requires strong project management, organizational skills, and the ability to drive improvements across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of onboarding, operations, or related experience in financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, HR, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Excel, and Office Suite; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new financial professionals across the Central Mountain Complex.
• Liaise between Complex leadership, headquarters, and onboarding support teams.
• Administer policies locally while ensuring onboarding standards compliance.
• Monitor onboarding workflows, hiring pipelines, and activity tracking.
• Track contracting, licensing, PEP and validation milestones; address delays.
• Develop onboarding processes with leadership to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Communicate progress, milestones, and risks to VPs and stakeholders.
• Develop onboarding checklists, tools, and best practices for readiness.
• Coordinate with branch staff to keep onboarding on schedule.
• Support headquarters initiatives and process improvement efforts.
