We Are Legal Revolution, a California boutique litigation firm, seeks a Business Commercial Insurance Litigator to defend complex insurance disputes, including bad faith. The role is fully remote with a path toward non-equity partnership and strong writing-focused advocacy.

Expect structured bonuses, direct partner access, and meaningful client-facing responsibility. Candidates should have CA bar licensure and 5–10 years of relevant experience, with exceptional briefs and references.

Formación

• Licensed to practice law in California.
• 5–10 years of business commercial insurance litigation experience.
• Exceptional writing skills with strong brief samples.
• Writing samples and references readily available.
• Preferred: trial and arbitration experience, especially bad faith.

Responsabilidades

• Litigate business, commercial insurance and bad faith disputes.
• Prepare high-quality briefs and dispositive motions.
• Handle complex litigation, including trial and arbitration work.
• Collaborate closely with partners and the litigation team.
• Contribute to client development and relationship building.
