• Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Handle all phases of insurance defense litigation including Depositions, law and motion practice, court appearances, mediations and settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Communicate directly with clients, carriers, opposing counsel, and experts.
• Develop litigation strategies and case evaluations.
• Independently manage deadlines and case progression in a remote setting.
