We Are Legal Revolution, a California boutique litigation firm, seeks a Business Commercial Insurance Litigator to handle defense-side bad faith and related matters. This fully remote Los Angeles role offers clear progression toward non-equity partnership, strong writing-focused advocacy, structured bonuses and genuine partner access.

You will litigate complex disputes, prepare high-quality briefs, and collaborate closely with partners while contributing to client development and relationship

Qualifications

• 5-10 years business commercial insurance litigation experience.
• Exceptional writing skills with strong brief samples.
• Writing samples and references readily available.
• Preferred: Trial and arbitration experience, especially bad faith.

Responsibilities

• Litigate business commercial insurance and bad faith disputes.
• Prepare high-quality briefs and dispositive motions.
• Handle complex litigation, including trial and arbitration work.
• Collaborate closely with partners and litigation team.
• Contribute to client development and relationship building.
