Responsibilities

• Log complaints into SAP Complaint system and gather all pertinent information required.
• Issue call tags, sales force notifications, credits and replacement orders to resolve complaints.
• Follow up on call tags at 7th & 30th day; issue RGAs and returns; send CS surveys.
• Coordinate with sales force for information on outstanding issues within procedures.
• Maintain compliance with QSR, ISO and Medline policies at all times.
