Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Competitive Intelligence to conduct research and analysis to support corporate strategy initiatives and drive informed decision-making. This role often involves project management with broadly defined objectives and presenting findings to leadership.

The candidate will develop competitive profiles, support sales and marketing initiatives, and coordinate intelligence efforts across the organization, including webinars and board-level documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, accounting, finance, engineering, economics.
• Master's degree preferred MBA, accounting, finance, economics.

Responsibilities

• Provide robust research and analysis to support Sales & Marketing initiatives and Key Intelligence Topics and Industry Disrupting Trends.
• Communicate with stakeholders across the company to ensure that distributed intelligence provided is actionable and timely.
• Develop and maintain detailed strategic and operational profiles on key competitors, suppliers, partners and designated key intelligence topics.
