Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration/HR.
• 6 years’ experience as a Compensation Analyst.
• Expert-level Excel skills, including advanced formula logic.
• Project Management proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Director Compensation in managing compensation programs.
• Manage assigned compensation projects, lead meetings, draft agendas and presentations.
• Support case management on complex compensation decisions and unique challenges.
• Guide job description creation, job evaluation and pricing across final structures.
• Analyze market conditions, review salary surveys and recommend hiring rates.
• Design and test new compensation tools and systems; document program plans.
