Job summary

Quantum Health, Inc. is seeking a Compensation & People Analytics Analyst to support our pay-for-performance strategy. You will develop Power BI dashboards, administer commissions, and deliver insights across compensation and HR data.

The role collaborates with Compensation, Finance, Payroll, HRIS, and business leaders to optimize decisions and processes. The ideal candidate excels at data-driven problem solving, automation, and continuous improvement, with strong communication and stakeholder

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3–5 years in compensation, HR analytics, finance, payroll, or business analytics.
Strong Excel skills: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, complex formulas.
Advanced Power BI experience and dashboard development.
Experience administering commissions, incentive plans, or bonus programs.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for compensation, workforce, and HR metrics.
Develop automated reporting to improve visibility into trends and programs.
Analyze workforce, compensation, and incentive data to identify insights.
Create recurring executive-level HR reports.
Ensure data integrity across HRIS, payroll, and reporting systems.
Administer monthly, quarterly, and annual commission and bonus calculations.
