Qualifications

• BS/BA with 5 years of relevant experience or MS/MA with 3 years.
• Professional license and/or certification may be preferred (e.g. CCP).
• Strong knowledge of compensation operations and policy interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Manage base salary, variable compensation, and special projects.
• Collaborate with HR and managers to deliver business-focused solutions.
• Develop market intelligence for capabilities required by line management.
