Job summary

SouthState is seeking a Compensation Analytics & Technology Coordinator to advance data, analytics, technology, and automation in compensation. This role connects Compensation, Human Resources, Technology, and business leaders to ensure programs are supported by accurate data, scalable tools, and actionable insights for workforce planning and talent retention.

You will help modernize compensation administration through dashboards, system integration, and AI-enabled decision support,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, Economics, or analytics field required.
Equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
Three+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or data reporting preferred.
Experience with HRIS/Workday and BI tools preferred.
CCP or PMP and related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance compensation dashboards, KPIs, executive reporting, and analytical tools.
Support compensation technology and systems with HRIS, Workday, vendors, and team members.
Design and improve technology-enabled processes for incentive administration and payout validation.
Identify and apply AI, automation, and emerging tech to improve decision-making and efficiency.
Establish data governance, quality controls, and reporting standards for accuracy and auditability.
Contribute analytics to job architecture, salary structure, market pricing, and workforce planning.
