Hims & Hers is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join the Total Rewards team for a six-month temporary role reporting to the Senior Manager, Compensation. You will help design, implement, and administer compensation programs to support business goals.

Responsibilities include job evaluations, benchmarking, data collection, salary analysis, and advising management on pay structures and incentives, while pursuing process efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Perform job evaluations and analyze positions for equity and competitiveness.
• Benchmark compensation and analyze data to determine market value and pay structures.
• Advise management on pay programs, incentives, offers, and wage regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements in compensation processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform job evaluations and analysis of jobs, compensation benchmarking, data collection, base salaries and incentives.
• Review and analyze job duties to determine grade, classification, and market value for new positions.
• Provide analysis and counsel to management on compensation programs and pay structures.
• Continually evaluate and implement process efficiencies.
