LifeStance Health is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the compensation philosophy and structure. You will perform complex analyses, provide recommendations, and collaborate with leaders and HR partners to optimize rewards strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; in lieu of degree, 5 years related experience accepted.
• At least 1 year as a compensation analyst or 3+ years in HR/finance or other analytical roles.
• Advanced data analysis and problem-solving skills; strong business writing and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct experience analyses and recommend new hire, promotion, transfer, and market-adjusted rates.
• Review and investigate Workday compensation actions for accuracy and alignment with strategy.
• Model compensation and benefits programs to support LFST total rewards strategy and compliance.
• Collect market data for positions and benchmark matches; recommend internal parity salary grades.
• Evaluate jobs for career leveling, market rates, and FLSA classification.
• Draft and edit job descriptions, policies, and communications with stakeholders.
• Assist in administering merit and incentive programs and reduce bias risks.
• Participate in salary surveys.
