Responsibilities

• Support compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
• Perform complex compensation analyses and make recommendations to leaders and HR partners.
• Review and process Workday compensation actions for accuracy.
• Collect market data and benchmark roles for parity and leveling.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and total rewards strategy.
• Draft and edit job descriptions and communications with stakeholders.
• Assist in administering performance-based programs and incentives.
• Identify concerns about deviations from policies or regulations.
• Participate in salary surveys.
