Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 5+ years in sales, distribution, or related field; or a Bachelor’s with 0–3 years sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to travel overnight and up to 50% of time as required.

Responsibilities

• Communicates product portfolio in meaningful ways tailored to each customer.
• Primary point of contact for assigned customers and key decision makers.
• Develops customer strategy and relationships to drive sales opportunities.
• Creates territory and account plans with cross-functional partners to grow Animal Health sales.
• Collaborates across species teams to enhance knowledge of the portfolio.
• Analyzes monthly sales results and manages expenses within budget.
• Identifies programs and offerings addressing customer needs and provides education.
• Develops understanding of market trends and communicates insights.
