Job summary

Gigstreem, a leading US Internet Service Provider, seeks a Community Account Manager. You will partner with residential properties and act as the ambassador for Gigstreem, ensuring exceptional experiences for property teams and residents.

You’ll balance relationship management, proactive problem-solving, and strategic account oversight while communicating clearly, managing multiple priorities, and traveling regionally up to 50% within your territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact and face of Gigstreem for assigned properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, leasing teams, and ownership groups.
• Provide education, guidance, and ongoing support to property teams to ensure a seamless internet experience for residents.
• Monitor the overall property and resident experience, identifying trends or concerns early.
• Partner with internal teams to quickly resolve issues, communicate updates, and ensure follow-through.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion, including upsell, cross-sell, and new products/services.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports using internal ticketing data, analytics, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Translate data into meaningful insights to help properties understand performance and trends.
• Communicate effectively internally and externally on key account topics, risks, and opportunities.
• Conduct regular on-site property visits to strengthen relationships and train on-site teams.
