Gigstreem, a leading US-based ISP, seeks a Community Account Manager to nurture relationships with residential properties and residents. You will be the trusted ambassador, coordinating with property teams to ensure a seamless internet experience and high resident satisfaction.

Travel regionally up to 50% within your territory, with a focus on proactive problem solving, reporting, and program expansion. Remote work options are available nationwide.

Qualifications

• Capable of leading meetings and training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and face of Gigstreem for assigned properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers and ownership groups.
• Proactively monitor property and resident experience and identify trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and communicate updates.
• Support renewal discussions by reinforcing value and results at the property level.
• Prepare and deliver reports using internal data, analytics, and CSAT metrics.
• Conduct regular on-site visits, train on-site teams, and host resident events.
