Job summary

Unite Us is seeking a Community Strategy Enablement Manager for Pennsylvania to align Customer Success and Sales around community partnerships. You will design processes, track escalations in Salesforce, and coordinate with RevOps and Analytics to ensure data-driven execution of the community strategy.

You’ll partner with multiple teams to support onboarding, engagement, and adoption initiatives while measuring outcomes and continuously improving workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, community engagement, implementation, account management, or related roles.
• Experience with state or local government agencies, nonprofits, or health/social services.
• Experience using data to measure outcomes and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and analytical backbone to enable cross-functional community strategy.
• Standardize processes and track escalations in Salesforce across CS and Sales.
• Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and Analytics to measure adoption and outcomes.
• Face and resolve escalations and drive adoption at scale.
