Job summary

Pear Suite is seeking a Community Marketing Specialist to own the CHW community lifecycle—from acquisition to retention. You’ll collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to craft meaningful experiences for CHWs, CBOs, payers, and healthcare organizations across the U.S.

and beyond. You’ll lead community growth, activation, and engagement initiatives, manage CRM campaigns in HubSpot, and develop ambassador programs through webinars, events, and digital content.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in community management, influencer marketing, CRM, or growth marketing.
• Experience building community in national consumer brands is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute acquisition strategies across organic, referral, partnership, influencer sourcing, and paid channels.
• Grow strategic segments aligned with business priorities (CHWs, CBOs, payers, healthcare organizations).
• Manage CHW sourcing initiatives and optimize acquisition through data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Sales to create experiences for CHWs and partner organizations.
