Job summary

Pear Suite, a remote-first digital health company, is hiring an Account Executive to own full-cycle sales across community-based organizations, health systems, and government programs in the U.S. You’ll build pipeline, conduct discovery, deliver tailored demos, and close your own book of business while collaborating with the Head of Partnerships on GTM strategy and territory plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in healthcare.
• Experience owning the full sales cycle and navigating multi-stakeholder deals.
• Experience working in an early-stage startup environment.
• Fluency using AI tools for research, outreach, deal preparation, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage pipeline across target accounts in healthcare.
• Lead the structured sales process with discovery, demos, and proposal development.
• Close and transition business with internal coordination for implementation and success.
• Contribute to market approach with feedback on territory plans, messaging, and collateral.
• Represent Pear Suite at industry events and participate in deal reviews.
