Pear Suite is an early-stage digital health company building software for community-based care. We are hiring an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle across community health organizations, health systems, and government-funded programs.

You will build pipeline, run discovery, deliver tailored demonstrations, and close your own book of business. You will work closely with the Head of Partnerships to shape go-to-market strategy, territory plans, and sales collateral, while applying AI

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in healthcare.
• Experience owning the full sales cycle and navigating multi-stakeholder deals.
• Experience working in an early-stage startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline by identifying target accounts and prioritizing opportunities.
• Lead the sales process with discovery, product demos, and rigorous qualification.
• Close deals and coordinate with internal teams for scope, proposals, and contracts.
• Transition closed accounts to implementation and customer success.
