Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of investment experience in impact investing or adjacent fields.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Excellent project management and ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Originate investment opportunities across catalytic and thematic portfolios.
• Contribute to due diligence across financial, strategic, and impact dimensions.
• Support portfolio monitoring, dashboards, forecasts, and analyses.
• Collaborate on investment strategy with the team and Board.
• Develop screening memos and improve end-to-end investment processes.
• Manage CRM systems and knowledge management across WES investments.
