Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking a Business Consultant to support three new community hub resource desks in the Denver metro area. The role blends onsite and remote work, coordinating vendors, documenting workflows, and guiding teams toward compliant, efficient operations.

The position emphasizes program coordination, process improvement, and collaboration with nonprofits, government partners, and internal teams to expand community resources and access to benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program coordination and process improvement.
• Ability to create new workflows and improve operational processes in evolving programs.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and partner organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to perform both strategic and tactical work, from developing ideas to handling data entry and inventory checks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities across three community hub resource desk locations.
• Manage relationships with vendors and community‑based organizations providing on‑site services.
• Develop, document, and improve workflow processes, including SOPs and guides.
• Serve as a central connection point among internal teams, vendor staff, nonprofit partners, and community members.
• Monitor onsite operations to ensure workflow execution, adherence, and compliance requirements.
• Oversee operational tasks such as resource inventory management and data entry.
• Support identification and establishment of additional onsite resources and partnerships.
• Potentially assist with a referral‑based program following detailed instructions.
