Togetherwork in Austin, TX is seeking a Solution Consultant to partner with nonprofit associations, helping them translate business requirements into practical technology solutions aligned with our roadmap.

You will gather client goals, design configurations, document requirements, train users and support implementations using SOPs, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1 year of work experience in a related field is preferred.
• Solid understanding of CRM applications and basic database structures.

Responsibilities

• Acquire a fundamental understanding of our products, policies, and client agreements.
• Engage with clients to understand goals and design requirements.
• Provide advice and communicate a clear vision on achieving project goals using tools and methodologies.
• Develop functional requirements documentation for client approval.
• Implement and support configurations and testing per SOPs.
• Provide training to customers and participate in educational activities.
• Document and build out solutions for consistent ongoing support.
• Study emerging tools and practices for the association marketplace.
• Provide consulting services within project budgets.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
