Little City Foundation seeks an Employment First Community Developer to connect job seekers with local businesses and deliver customizable employment and training services. The role focuses on building relationships, matching candidates to opportunities, and supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve meaningful, self-directed work lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; two years experience in disability services or marketing/sales.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for community-based employment sites and ensure satisfaction of employers and understanding of local job market.
• Evaluate program participant placement and employability potential to ensure appropriate job match.
• Perform work-site analysis and document performance.
• Maintain availability to meet demands of business and job seeker, including direct support of new hires from assigned caseload.
• Market and represent the agency and job seekers to increase positive exposure and sustainable placements.
• Provide job support to people with developmental and other disabilities in employment settings.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal standards and licensurerequirements.
• Design programs and linkages to meet needs of participants and promote health and safety.
• Meet deadlines for submission of documentation supporting employment activities.
• Maintain First Aid and CPR certification if required.
• Complete required training and other duties as assigned.
