Qualifications

This field-based role focuses on job development, employer outreach, and early-stage employment support while working closely with internal teams to ensure services align with each client's goals and abilities.

The position requires regular travel throughout Pierce, King, and Thurston Counties. Mileage is reimbursed in accordance with agency policy. Scheduling is generally Monday - Friday, and some flexibility for evening and weekend hours is required.

Qualifications:

• AA or Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
