Job summary

Reach for Resources in Minneapolis, MN seeks an Employment Specialist to provide Employment Services and develop person-centered community employment plans with individuals, families, and teams. You will implement plans, evaluate skills and needs, and maintain documentation while collaborating with guardians, county staff, and other providers to promote community engagement.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and a drive to support independence; salary is $20 per hour plus

Qualifications

• Clear communication and written skills required.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage caseload.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with guardians and staff.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with documentation and policy adherence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide Employment Services and develop person-centered employment plans.
• Evaluate client needs, preferences, and skills using assessments.
• Maintain professional relationships with guardians, county staff, and team members.
• Schedule and manage appointments; ensure timely reporting of progress.
• Prepare and file required vocational and 245D paperwork.
