Cookies for Kids' Cancer is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for grassroots fundraisers, bake sale hosts and community event organizers across the U.S. You will support hosts with registrations, pages, resources and events, guiding them from inquiry to completion.

Working with the Donor Relations Manager and the development team, you will help expand outreach, track activities in Salesforce, recognize top supporters and drive nationwide campaigns.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, community engagement, volunteer management, event coordination or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse groups.
• Experience with event planning, peer-to-peer fundraising or volunteer coordination preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or Classy or comparable CRM platforms preferred.

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for grassroots fundraisers nationwide.
• Guide hosts through the fundraising process from inquiry to event completion.
• Assist hosts with setting up fundraising pages and resources.
• Provide personalized guidance and troubleshooting throughout the fundraising experience.
• Support grassroots fundraising initiatives and campaigns.
• Track host activity and event results in Salesforce and other platforms.
• Coordinate fundraising materials and supplies.
