Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in recruitment, talent sourcing, community outreach, workforce development, or related roles.
• Experience working with data, dashboards, and managing projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and talent sourcing for Peckham’s social enterprises.
• Post requisitions in Workday, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews.
• Facilitate career fairs, talent tours, and networking events to promote inclusive employment.
