Peckham is seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to recruit and connect individuals with barriers to employment with Peckham’s social enterprises. You will build relationships with community partners, facilitate talent tours, and support a robust talent pipeline.

You will collaborate with internal staff to improve candidate flow, oversee interviews and onboarding, and ensure fair hiring decisions while adhering to contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED and 1–3 years in recruitment, outreach, or related roles.
• Experience with data, dashboards, and project management is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform full-cycle recruitment, post requisitions in Workday, source and screen candidates, interview, and coordinate hiring.
• Facilitate talent tours, career fairs, and networking events to promote inclusive opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and partnering agencies.
