Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Community Sourcing Specialist to drive proactive talent attraction and workforce development within the local market. You will develop strong community partnerships, build sustainable candidate pipelines, and leverage labor market insights to connect talent with client opportunities.

Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing, and community groups to strengthen EmployBridge's market presence and support workforce planning and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local recruiting strategies to drive candidate attraction and a sustainable talent pipeline for branches and onsite operations.
• Build market-specific talent pipelines based on labor availability, client demand, and workforce trends.
• Identify untapped talent pools and proactively build pipelines for high-volume, hard-to-fill roles.
• Establish sourcing channels and referral networks with community partners and civic organizations.
• Collaborate with marketing to create localized recruitment campaigns and employment branding.
