Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years of experience in workforce development, sales, recruitment, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Comfortable with public speaking and advocacy in individual and group settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with employers to identify job opportunities for clients with disabilities.
• Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and educate businesses about benefits of employing people with disabilities.
• Conduct outreach to businesses through in-person visits, events, calls, and emails.
• Assess employer needs and match with suitable candidates for fit.
