Job summary

Craig Technologies seeks a CoECI Community Management Specialist to lead the day-to-day operations of NASA Johnson Space Center's online communities. You will moderate discussions, publish content, track engagement, and coordinate with IT and communications teams to improve platforms and member experience.

Remote work is approved; occasional travel may be required to conferences or events related to community management.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in communications or marketing.
• 5 years of community management experience with growing membership.
• Experience moderating online forums and managing platform tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage online community platforms and day-to-day operations.
• Moderate discussions and enforce guidelines to maintain a positive environment.
• Develop strategies to grow membership and active participation.
• Plan and publish content to drive engagement and publish newsletters.
• Track engagement metrics and report to leadership.
• Coordinate with IT/dev and communications teams for improvements.
