Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate schoolwide community engagement initiatives for students and families.
• Develop a calendar of in-person outings, virtual events, and family activities.
• Identify ways to increase student and family participation in the MGLVA community.
• Collaborate across grade bands and departments to ensure accessible engagement.
• Serve as a welcoming point of connection at school-sponsored events.
• Build relationships with families and gather feedback on needs and barriers.
• Promote events and engagement opportunities via school channels.
• Support MGLVA's presence on Facebook, Instagram and other channels.
• Share positive stories and experiences highlighting the school community.
• Partner with leadership to support marketing and visibility initiatives.
