Stride, Inc. through Michigan Virtual Charter Academy seeks a Student Support Advisor to boost engagement for students and Learning Coaches and drive academic growth in a remote environment.

This home-based role requires strong communication, organization, and data-driven support. Residency in Michigan is required; occasional in-person days may be possible. Compensation includes $18.00 per hour with eligibility for a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Two years of college and two years in education or equivalent.
• Proven ability to pass required background check.
• Experience with online learning environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a caseload of students to increase engagement through interventions.
• Provide proactive support to students and Learning Coaches using data resources.
• Serve as primary contact between students, Learning Coaches and teachers/school administration.
• Pursue ongoing education and training to increase efficacy with evolving student needs.
• Assist with onboarding experiences (Strong Start) for new students and Learning Coaches.
