Texas Society of CPAs is seeking a Community Manager to lead engagement for our online member communities. You will drive strategy, plan content, and collaborate with Membership, Learning, Marketing, and other teams to foster active member participation and knowledge sharing.

The role emphasizes analytics, volunteer coordination, and continuous program improvement in a flexible work environment with remote options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, public relations, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in community management, member engagement, association management, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using data and analytics to measure performance and guide decision-making.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and web-based collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive community engagement strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Maintain a content and engagement calendar for membership, advocacy, education, and virtual networking.
• Foster member participation through discussions, webinars, polls, and Q&A sessions.
• Collaborate with across departments to source content and subject matter experts.
• Monitor performance metrics and use insights to improve programs and onboarding.
